Rules & Guidelines for

International Visitors

Tickets

For ticket purchases using an international credit card, please visit the Multi-language Ticket Page
BUY TICKET
Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss, theft, damage, or forgetting to bring the ticket. This applies even if you have proof of purchase (issuance proof, receipt, other tickets purchased together, etc.).
If we are unable to verify your ticket(s) at the venue, you will be required to repurchase the affected ticket(s) on-site at the same-day ticket price (higher than the advance price).

Prohibited Items

Alcoholic beverages (Water and soft drinks are allowed.)
Glass bottles / glass containers
Bicycles, electric scooters, skateboards, kick scooters
Drones
Audio recording devices
Filming equipment such as tripods, stepladders, selfie sticks, etc.
Fireworks / explosives / gunpowder
Any other items prohibited by law

Event Conditions / Cancellations

The festival will be held rain or shine, except in cases of severe storms or natural disasters.
If the event is canceled or postponed due to unavoidable circumstances and the organizer’s decision, updates will be announced via the official website and social media.

Alcohol / Smoking

Drunk driving and underage drinking are strictly prohibited under Japanese law. Japan’s legal drinking age is 20.
Anyone who is excessively intoxicated may be asked to leave the venue. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
The entire venue is non-smoking. If you smoke, including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products, please use designated smoking areas only.

Inside the Venue

Umbrellas are not allowed in the stage area or content area.
Cooler boxes are not allowed in the stage area or content area.
Please use leisure sheets and chairs only in designated shared areas and the campsite.
Items left unattended for long periods (e.g., for reserving space) may be removed by staff.

Storage / Facilities

There are no cloak services or coin lockers on site. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
We recommend using wagons or carts to transport luggage. The venue has slopes, but there are paved paths and carts are generally usable. (Some areas, including parts of the campsite, may have unpaved roads.)
There are no bathing facilities within the venue. Please use nearby day-use bathing facilities.

Photography / Filming

Official cameras will be recording throughout the festival. Photos and videos including audience members may be published. By attending, you acknowledge and accept this.

Lost & Found

Lost items will be stored for one month after the event.
Shipping costs for returning items will be borne by the owner.

Browser Translation

On Computer (Mac / Windows)
